Unusual ham and melon

Ingredients
Melon
Mascarpone
Raspini San Daniele Raw Ham
Salt and pepper to taste

Try this...
In the blender, prepare a cream with the melon and the mascarpone, seasoned with a pinch of salt and pepper. Lightly toast the slices of Raspini San Daniele Raw Ham until they become crisp. Place a bowl with the melon cream in the centre of a large round serving plate and the crisp Raspini San Daniele Raw Ham around it, like the sun's rays... a sun of goodness!

Raspini Steamed Silverside of beef
200cl seed oil
1 egg
Half a lemon
1 small tin tuna
Capers (optional)
Salt to taste

Try this...
Using a hand-held blender prepare the tuna sauce with the oil, the whole egg, the juice of half a lemon, the tuna and a pinch of salt; if you like, you can also add a few capers.
Place on a serving plate with the slices of Raspini Steamed Silverside of beef and decorate with a few whole capers.
