Boil the spinach. Gently fry the Raspini Diced Mild Bacon in a frying pan with a drizzle of oil; add the chopped spinach and leave on a low flame for a quarter of an hour for the flavours to develop. When the mixture has cooled down, mix in the ricotta, egg and Parmesan. Spread this over the puff pastry and cook in the oven at 180°C for about half an hour. |
