Cut the Raspini Mild Raw Ham into fairly thick slices of at least half a centimetre and divide these in turn lengthwise into strips. Arrange these strips into round baskets on dessert dishes: in the centre of them, add some pineapple in cubes and season with oil, salt, pepper and basil.

Raspini Smoked Cooked Beef Rump with pine nuts

Ingredients
Raspini Smoked Cooked Beef Rump cut into thin slices
30g pine nuts
1 lemon
A few leaves of basil and parsley
One tablespoon grated Parmesan
Oil, salt and pepper to taste

Try this...

Marinate the slices of Raspini Mild Raw Ham for around half-an-hour with the juice of half the lemon and a drizzle of oil.
Prepare a sauce by blending the pine nuts with the remaining lemon juice, the grated Parmesan, basil, parsley and olive oil.
Pour the sauce onto the meat, which you have previously placed elegantly on a large, round serving dish. This dish, like many others seasoned with sauce, may be prepared several hours in advance: the pine-nut seasoning will then give the meat even more flavour.
