Green and white double sandwich with Raspini Valchisone Cooked Salami

Ingredients
Raspini Valchisone Cooked Salami
Smoked Scamorza cheese
Lettuce
Wholemeal bread roll
Green olives
Oil, salt and pepper to taste

Try this...
Cut the smoked Scamorza cheese into thin slices, chop the lettuce finely and season with salt, oil and pepper to taste.
Cut the bread roll lengthwise into three slices: put some slices of Raspini Valchisone Salame Cotto and Scamorza between the first two, and the salami and lettuce between the others. Close the sandwich with a toothpick decorated with a few green olives and place it in the centre of a plate on a bed of Scamorza lightly softened in the frying pan.

Square loaf of white bread
Raspini Dindissimo Oven-roast Turkey Breast
Cream cheese
Oil, salt and pepper to taste

Try this...
Slice the break and divide it into four diagonally, to obtain small triangles: put them in a very hot oven for about ten minutes, seasoned with a little oil and salt, until they become crisp. Place a slice of Raspini Dindissimo Oven-roast Turkey Breast on each of them.
Put the cheese into a piping bag and pipe a rosette onto each toast - a tasty decoration that will make you think of dairy cream!
